Welcome to Yama Projects. Founded in 2016, we are a team of experienced construction & project management specialists based in Port Stephens, New South Wales committed to providing employment opportunities for Indigenous people.  We believe that a successful construction project is not measured just on how it was built, but on how well the whole project is managed. Project Management is the cornerstone of our construction process. When you are assigned one of our experienced project managers we take the hard work out of your renovation.

1.     Create a timeline for the whole project, from the nominated start date to the date of completion.

2.    Schedule trades onto your project, notifying them in advance when they need to be on-site and streamline a smooth construction process.

3.    Track and monitor your project’s progress in real-time. Allowing us to identify any potential adjustments early and ensure it keeps meeting goals successfully.
